Our Summer Fun Day Camp will provide a fun and entertaining environment for your child through the work week. Let your child enjoy their summer with us at our parks! They will form new friendships while participating in different activities throughout the week such as; sports, swimming, water activities, crafts, field trips, games and so much more! Explore below to learn more about this great program!
INITIAL REGISTRATION AND PAYMENTS:
Week 1 (May 26 – May 29) and week 2 (June 1 – June 5) registration payments are due in full. For weeks 3 – 12 a $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required per child, per week in order to hold a spot. After the initial registration via phone you can log into your account online to make payments towards each week’s balance. The remaining balance of each week of camp is due two weeks prior to the start date. Example: Week 3 (June 8 – June 12), the final payment would be due Monday, May 25.

Fee includes water activities, field trips and materials needed for arts and crafts projects. Children are to bring their own sack lunch and snacks daily. Each camper will receive one camp shirt for their entire camp schedule. Additional camp shirts may be purchased over the phone or at the Administration Office in Blanchette Park. Show your receipt to Day Camp Staff to pick up your order. |

DAY CAMP PARENT MEETING:
St. Charles Parks and Recreation Summer Fun Day Camp staff will hold a Parent/Guardian meeting to go over details and frequently asked questions before camp begins. This meeting is held as an additional resource for parents wanting more information on day-to-day camp details and is not mandatory to attend. The meeting will be held on Sunday, May 17th 5:00-6:00pm at Memorial Hall, Blanchette Park. There will be time after the meeting to meet and greet with leadership staff from both camp locations and purchase additional camper shirts.

*Add 2 weeks of group swim lessons onto your child’s Summer Fun Day Camp schedule. These “add-on” lessons are available during the Monday – Thursday 9:40A sessions at the Blanchette or Wapelhorst Aquatic Facilities. Summer Fun Day Camp counselors will accompany those registered for group swim lessons to the aquatic facility at their camp location.
Summer Fun Day Camp Cancellation Policy
- If cancelling 14 or more days prior to scheduled activity: Refund minus the $50 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit
- If cancelling 14 days or less from scheduled activity: NO REFUND
- Personal absences are forfeited.
