LOST AND FOUND
Have you lost your property within St. Charles City Parks and Facilities? We have launched a new Lost and Found Tracking System to make finding and retrieving your lost items as easy as possible. This system includes an online form to notify us when you lose something in our parks. This allows us to keep a comprehensive, real-time inventory of all items lost in our parks.
Found lost property assumed to be under $50 in value will be stored in a secure area in the facility or park where it was found. Found lost property assumed to be over $50 in value will be transferred to the Ranger Division as soon as possible. In certain situations, the property may be turned in to the St. Charles Police Department. Some items (food, drink, perishable items, etc) may be disposed of immediately.
Have you found someone’s lost items in our parks? There are many things you can do to turn the item into safe hands. You can bring the item to the Park Administration Office in Blanchette Park, you can contact Police Dispatch at (636) 949-3300 to request a Park Ranger respond to collect the item, or turn it in directly to a park employee, concessions stand, or Aquatic Facility.
