POOL PARTY PACKAGE – 2024
Let us help you make a splash for your next celebration! Whether you are hosting a birthday party, company outing, school gathering, troop picnic or any other special occasion our Aquatic Facilities will offer your guests an exciting and unique party experience. Pool Party Packages are available to be reserved at various times throughout the day, Monday – Sunday.
PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS:

– 2 hour rental of shaded party area
– Admission into the Aquatic Facility for guests
PARTY PACKAGE B:
– 2 hour rental of shaded party area
– Admission into the Aquatic Facility for guests
– Lunch for guests (options below) – lunch option must be selected at the time of making your reservation

PARTY INFORMATION:
- Parties must be reserved at least 1 week prior to your reservation date. Full payment is due at the time of reservation.
- Party guests include adults and children. All Party attendees must be included in your count or pay admission to enter the facility regardless if swimming or not.
- One complimentary admission and meal, if Package B is selected, for the person or event being celebrated.
- Upon arrival, the party planner must provide the reservation receipt to receive wristbands for their guests. All guests must wear wristbands to gain entrance into the facility. Party Planner is responsible for distributing wristbands at the entrance. Any guests who enter the facility without a wristband will have to pay admission price and no refund will be given.
- Party planner and guests may enter the facility ahead of the reservation but only when the party planner arrives. Guests can stay after the reservation time but will need to move from the designated party area.
- Parties will begin and end at the specific time listed on your receipt. Time will not be added to any reservation if host or guests are late.
- No outside food or drinks may be brought in with the exception of dessert such as a birthday cake. A dessert can be kept cool or frozen at the concession stand if needed. If bringing a birthday dessert, please keep in mind you will need to provide your own plates and serving utensils.
- If the party planner wants to provide a treat bag for their guests they can do so but it must be handed out at the end of your reservation.
- Standard decorations (balloons, table cloths) are welcome. Party planner is responsible for setting up and taking down decorations within their reservation time frame. Any decorations left after a reservation will be thrown away.
- Party Package B:
- Food options must be selected at the time of making your reservation and will be served to you 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 1 hour after the start time of your party. The exact time will be communicated with you on the day of your party.
- Please contact the Aquatics Coordinator if your group has dietary concerns or if additional food is needed prior to your reservation date. We must know about this in advance or additional food may not be available on the day of your reservation.
- Inclement Weather and Rescheduling:
- If the facility must close due to inclement weather, our Aquatics Coordinator will contact you to let you know that day and will discuss options of rescheduling or refunding.
- If your reservation was cut short due to inclement weather the party planner will receive a prorated refund dependent upon the length of the party and if food was served.
- If you have questions about rescheduling your party due to a future weather forecast, please contact the Aquatics Coordinator no more than 48 hours prior to your event to discuss your options.
