St. Charles City Residents will need a Parks Passport Card to enter Aquatic Facilities beginning in 2023. The free Parks Passport Cards can be obtained at the Parks and Recreation Administration Office in Blanchette Park.

Card is valid January 1, 2023 – December 31, 2024.

Please bring two of these three types of ID with you:

Driver’s License with current address AND a current Tax Receipt OR current paid Utility Bill.

It is the policy of the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Board to provide our residents with the upmost quality services and access to the aquatic facilities. The aquatic facilities have a set capacity and to ensure our residents have access to the aquatic facilities, non-residents of the City of St. Charles will be limited daily.

 

St. Charles and St. Peters Residents:

  • St. Peters City residents are included in our city resident policy as a part of the Cooperative Use Agreement between the two cities.
  • Residents must present a Parks Passport Card or St. Peters Privilege Card at the admissions gate to receive the resident admission rate.
  • All residents must have a card to present at the admissions gate.
  • Residents entering the facilities with a daily admission fee will not be allowed to bring additional guests.
  • Parks Passport Cards may be obtained for free at the St. Charles Parks and Recreation Administration Office in Blanchette Park. St. Peters Privilege Cards may be obtained for free at the Citizen Action Center at the St. Peters City Hall or the St. Peters Rec-Plex.
